Lenovo Legion Go S gaming handheld review - Steam Deck killer or Windows victim?

The Lenovo Legion Go S aims to be the jack-of-all-trades among gaming handhelds. Lenovo currently offers it with Windows and from May, it will also be available with Valve's gaming operating system. However, as a result of its somewhat slow APU and Windows, the handheld didn't do entirely well during our test.

While we all have to wonder why Lenovo would release a product that falls in the BOTTOM of a performance list of its peers I also have to wonder why the Ally Z1 NON-Exstream was not included in the charts. (the 740m would compare better to the 680m)

Given the overblown price of this device, I'm guessing Lenovo is attempting to use it as a pricing stepping stone for a future Z2 Exstream based product.

For those of us in the USA, ALL of these devices will soon enough be more expensive to purchase.

ROG Ally with 75wh battery mod seems to be a much better deal at this point, which can be done in 30min for anyone with basic knowledge of consumer electronics. If you are interested in SteamOS, both Ally and Ally X has near perfect SteamOS builds.

The pricing strategy for Legion Go S is so weird, as if the main purpose of this device is to allow Lenovo to raise price for Legion Go 2
