Decathlon is now selling the Rockrider E-ACTV 900 in various European countries. The hybrid model has a low step-through frame and is powered by twin central engines with a CVT. Other features include a suspension fork, a handlebar-mounted console and support for the Decathlon Ride app.

Still waiting, unfortunately. Hopefully, the manual will point to charging times and water resistance ratings, though this is currently unavailable online.
