Xiaomi has just released the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro. While there is no sign of an official global release just yet, the pair are already available through importers.

People should probably have more information than what the article gives if they are thinking of buying the Chinese hardware version. The Chinese ROM does have an English language option during setup and Google Play Services is pre-installed on the Chinese ROM by Xiaomi so installing most apps from the Play Store isn't a problem --unless they need to be run on a Google Certified ROM. The Chinese ROM isn't Google Certified. People who buy the Chinese models frequently unlock the bootloader and run the Global ROM or a custom ROM but Xiaomi changed their policy so it's no longer possible to unlock the bootloaders on the Chinese models outside of China. Most people are better off waiting for the official global model.
