Retroid has just started shipping the Pocket Mini globally. However, it turns out that the company has been dispatching some units with a completely different finish than what it shows on its website. Surprisingly, Retroid has acted quickly to quell any controversy that was bubbling under online.

I'll give Retroid one thing. They're pretty good when it comes to customer service. I got a faulty Retroid 3. Being my first Retroid product I was disappointed. However it was a easy process and a very quick turnaround. I did have to message the discord though to stir the pot. But eventually everything was sorted. I've since bought the 3+ which does have a volume button issue now. However I've just pre ordered the RP5 GC version. Looking forward to it...
