Good. I don't get why you'd put an OLED on a computer that is primarily used for productivity.

Great! Apple IPS panels are pretty good and they carry no risk of burn in.

Unless you do it on purpose there's no way you'd get burn in on these new OLED screens, that's a thing of the past, with regular use you'll be just fine.

What a crock of s***. If you do productivity rather than just game or watch videos you will get burn in, no ifs or buts. The only hope we have is for the new LG Tandem OLED screens, whcih should make burn-in almost a thing of the past. But those screens are not going into a desktop monitor or laptop in the near term and they have alarge price premium. So the idea of another massive price rise is not appealing.

I can't believe how often I hear this "thing of the past" BS. It is better than when OLED first came out, but it will still burn in eventually with static elements. OLED has no business being on a productivity laptop. Period. Quit spreading misinformation.

Also, it isn't just burn-in that makes OLED completely asinine on a productivity laptop, but the text clarity is absolute garbage on OLEDs without exception. Good luck reading smallish text. You'll need some glasses after a while... in addition to a new laptop after it burns in.
