A paid software called Lossless Scaling on Steam has just been updated, and it now can offer up to 4x FPS boost with frame generation tech. It can also upscale games from a lower resolution, making it stand as a good option to get a bit extra performance out of gaming handhelds and relatively low-end systems.

It's not fps. It won't improve latency, it won't improve playability.
So stop calling it that.

I was thinking the exact same thing. That goes w/o even mentioning the "elephant in the room" being that handheld OEMs have been getting away with not delivering on other performance promises for quite some time now; promises which in many rights make the mention of LLS very irrelevant. I understand the need to have things to write about or even take sponsored topic gigs, but how far can this hype train gonna go w/o insulting the intelligence of the core viewers of this site?

Viewers with intelligence don't game and don't care.

I don't get why you feel the need to insult people who play to get away for a bit...
