Google is launching Vids, an AI-powered video creation tool, within Workspace Labs

Google first announced Vids in April this year with a June release date, and now, it's finally launching in Workspace Labs. The AI-powered video creation app uses Gemini to generate up to 10-minute-long videos, and comes with features like AI-generated storyboards, customizable templates, voiceover creation and more. Vids also has a royalty-free stock content library and an inbuilt recording studio.
