No independent Snapdragon X device reviews have been released yet. Instead, Qualcomm has stepped in to highlight the strengths of its Hexagon NPU again, which it claims delivers up to 45 TOPS of theoretical performance. Unsurprisingly, Qualcomm boasts that the Snapdragon X Elite (X1E-80-100) surpasses the Apple M3 and Intel Core Ultra 7 155H in most areas, including performance per watt.

At last!, a piece of useful information.
It has FP16 matrix operations. Not bfloat16 and no info on FP16 for other operations.
