The Sony Xperia 1 VI name has appeared in new third-party phone case listings, offering the indication that the flagship device should be heading toward release soon. I do not personally care about Xperia phones but I would love it if Sony went back to making laptops. Some of those old VAIOs were totally awesome.

The only things you should be buying from Sony now are: Playstation, or a high-end Sony Alpha camera if you are a professional photographer.

Sony is more interested in selling movies and camera sensors these days. Read its business reports sometimes.
