Nokia has announced the signing of its sixth patent cross-license agreement in the last thirteen months, this time with Vivo. The mobile device OEM will make royalty payments in return to access to 5G intellectual property (IP). It may stand to gain greater access to global markets for smartphones such as the premium X100 series as a result.
