Tesla Model 3 adaptive headlights' high beam visibility tested on country roads and the highway

Tesla unlocked a new adaptive headlights mode on the Model 3 Highland facelift with the 2024.2 update, at least in Europe, and now there is a demo showing how the adjustable high beams perform. The test has been recorded on video both in the countryside, and on the highway.

At no point did a driver flash their beams to warn of blinding, which is another tangential confirmation that Tesla's new headlights function works as intended.

Not confirmation at all.  I have personally stopped bothering to flash my beams, because the majority of cars/trucks on country roads at their DEFAULT beams are too bright. Trucks are so high off the ground they will never be able to lightly light up the road.

Automated high beams suck.  They do not detect cars when going/approaching a hill, which humans can detect well before.

Getting off my soapbox, because the state of headlights is abysmal at this point and I don't see it improving at all with technology like this.
