The dealer markups that have plagued the automotive world of late have struck again, this time laying claim to the Chevrolet Blazer EV, which is supposed to have an MSRP of under US$60,000. Some dealers appear to be adding "market adjustments" of up to US$10,000 on top of that MSRP.

I'll go out on a limb and guess this happens more often than not ANYTIME there is a 'incentive' for consumers.
