The Garmin Instinct 2 Solar and Forerunner 55 smartwatches will be used in a fitness study of the U.S. Space Force Guardians. The wearables will be used to track biometrics and physical activity, with the aim of using the wearables to replace the annual physical fitness assessments, saving time and money.
