$130 for just a fan...ok, I bought a similar model with cooling elements for ~50% more expensive weeks ago, and this is the latest model of the most expensive tier currently available with MSRP of more like $300. I recommend against buying such devices. It works acceptably if you move around a lot, cooling your neck and blowing some cool air in both directions for ~3-4hr on low, but if you don't have a lot of air flow around you to begin with, like if you're just doing desk work, the cooling elements get overloaded in less than 15m, meaning they turn warm. This is at ~35°C ambient temp, you can bet it will be dead weight in actually dangerous temp >38°C. And if you turn off the cooling, well it mostly feels like it blows hot air at you, perhaps it will dry sweat a little quicker, but I don't think it brings much subjective comfort. Now if you'd just buy a USB clip fan or two and plug it/them into a power bank, the cost would be, what, $5? Certainly no more than $10(ofc anybody has a power bank and its cost shouldn't be included).
