AMD is not applying any price cuts for the Ryzen 9 7950X3D, unfortunately, even though it is a bit slower overall compared to the new Ryzen 7 7800X3D in games. Nevertheless, the Ryzen 9 7900X3D sees a US$50 reduction, while the Ryzen 9 7950X slips under US$600, and the Ryzen 9 7900X receives the biggest price cut down to US$423.99.

That is a nice price for the 7900X - better value per core than any of the others. I know it's stuck in an awkward place between more cores or higher single thread, but it might be easier to cool than the 7800X while using up most of the power budget of the 7950X. Perhaps good home server material if you need more than a 7600 (or Zen 3)?

Most motherboards with AMD 7xxx are loaded for an unacceptably long time - more than 20 seconds. A new patch from AMD has been released, but it does not fully solve this Zen4 problem.

Not really a drop. 7950x was 570$ in December of last year, according to Pcpartpicker

Yeah I have this problem too. It's usually like 45 seconds before POST.
