Tucked in Master Plan 3 is Tesla's forecast for 700 million cheap electric cars like the Model 2 on the roads in the next 20 years. The newly announced Master Plan 3 is all about ditching fossil fuels and Tesla claims this would cost less than the expenditures for their extraction in the same period.
