Garmin Beta 15.09 for Forerunner 255 with wrist-based running dynamics has just arrived

Garmin is rolling out Beta 15.09 for Forerunner 255 smartwatches, currently only available for the Music version of the wearable. The update brings a new wrist-based running dynamics feature to the device and an improved calorie burn calculation algorithm for swimmers. Bugs, such as incorrectly calculated distances in workouts, have also been fixed.
