Yes, it is. But nbc's poor research of global prices and configurations of the German market models it reviews remains one of your very few shortcomings. Not only is the review unit sold as a CTO model in the US, but HP here has been aggressively discounting the model by an average 20% which has enabled most Americans to purchase the review unit configuration for little more than $US 1,000, or $400-$800 less than the premium Ultrabook competition from Acer, Asus, Lenovo and Toshiba.
Please Note: there is a large error in either my memory, Nbc's archives and/or its judgment. To wit:I am virtually certain that when this review was first published its composite rating score for the Spectre 13T-3XXX was 87, a score I considered a bit stingy on my read of your review and many others'. But now the composite score in the box on the top right section of the review reads "81! Do I remember incorrectly and do you consider this rather magnificent product (which I now own) only slightly above average among all ultra portable notebooks in today's market, or has some intrepid hacker gotten into your Web publishing database and changed the "7" in "87" to a "1"?
