What angle is that display matrix photo taken at? Do the dots run diagonally or horizontally/vertically? If the latter, then that's actually huge, because it means it's a full-matrix display, and we get full 2400(RGB)x1080 resolution (with two greens per). It's hard to conclude that confidently without proper frame of reference though.
