NVIDIA and SoftBank have brought an end to the acquisition of ARM because of 'significant regulatory challenges'. SoftBank will now look to float ARM before the end of the financial year to March 31, 2023. ARM has also replaced its CEO with Rene Haas, who worked at NVIDIA until he joined ARM in 2013.
