According to Razor's website, MSRP for RX200 is $430. It makes no sense to compare MSRP with street price. And since when is 70 kg very light? 45 kg is very light for an adult. 70 kg is normal weight for a 180 cm tall man. Sure, that limit is low. Not even super-light racing road bikes have limits that low. It looks like it's not intended for adults; more like a toy for children.
