A new lawsuit alleges that Apple continues to collect user data in stock iPhone apps even when users have opted out of data tracking. This tracking contradicts assurances that Apple safeguards user privacy and can completely disable any kind of data collection in Apple's apps.

I have long said so because the iCloud terms "grant" Apple the "right" to use, and distribute for use to anybody in the world, all the endconsumer's device-local files. Besides, there have been earlier reports that Apple modifies or deletes up to all device-local images when copied to the iCloud. Crimes charged by several years of prison in Germany for each instance of abuse. Apple managers are lucky if Apple only pays high fines and they need not go to jail.

Stop worrying people. You are all in digital concentration camps, and all your prints have long been uploaded to the bases of special services and crime. Leave hope. The only way to end this is to turn off the "breaker" of the Internet and cellular networks. =)
