Huawei is now said to launch its inaugural clamshell-style foldable as early as December 2021. A new patent lends more weight to this theory by depicting an innovative new kind of "heat pipe" that looks designed to fit into such a device. It can bend in the middle, thereby potentially lining up nicely with a smaller foldable smartphone's hinge.
