Yes disappointing they sent a machine in this conditions, Acer could have got here a good machine if those issues were fixed.

Another very worrying point is that in HwMonitor the CPU is operating at 1,486v, which is a high voltage that is already starting to compromise the 13th and 14th Gen HX processors with electromigration.
