The Android 11-based version of the popular Pixel Experience ROM is now finally available for the Xiaomi Mi A1 with the February 2021 security patch in tow. Although we are talking about another Beta release, this ROM is stable enough and has almost everything it needs to be used on a daily basis.

A tuterol for how to unlock bootloader how to root ur phone how to flash rom with this brand or this brand.

Is there any bug on this Rom and also give a full procedure on installing this Rom in mi a1:)

No major bug, but maybe you should wait for the final release or try crDroid instead. For the instructions on how to install, check the XDA forums topic. However, I will probably come back with a tutorial on unlocking the bootloader on Mi A1 and how to boot TWRP for installing custom ROMs.
