Intel's newest Comet Lake-U processor seems to be good option for "bursty" workloads, but its mediocre Turbo Boost sustainability can make it significantly slower than even the Core i7-10710U based on our Dell sample.

The XPS just has a better cooling solution - in the Latitude, as your results say, temps were below 70C. I would expect a flagship laptop to perform better than a business one honestly.
