The OnePlus Nord sets new standards for mid-range smartphones in 2020, but not for US consumers

The OnePlus Nord is finally here, and it is the mid-range smartphone to beat in 2020. A device with a 90 Hz AMOLED panel, 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage, six cameras, 30 W fast charging and a large battery for £379 or €399 represents excellent value for money, but US consumers will miss out for the time being.

Am I the only one who would prefer 6/256 over 8/128? And who would want 12 GB of RAM? It's like pixel wars. 8/512 would make more sense to me (if not 8/256). You can always cram music or something in there. I haven't yet seen a phone that can make meaningful use of that much RAM.
