In addition, it is claimed that the device's camera results in unacceptable jittering and crashing. Dissatisfied owners may now fill out an online form in order to join this potential suit.

Oh, I skimmed through too quickly and was talking about this: "The suit now under evaluation may also be based on another problem in which the 3's camera interface "shakes and vibrates" in a way that impacts on the quality of images or video taken with it."
No comment regarding the battery drain.
