Apple could be working on an iPhone prototype running a full-fledged macOS, according to insider information cited by Mauri QHD. While there is no way to confirm this, such a possibility is not a distant dream given that Apple has begun transitioning its entire lineup to ARM. If this news is indeed true, it remains to be seen how effective would be its implementation considering that previous such attempts by competitors haven't been too successful.

I don't know when this is going to happen, but this will be a big deal... This is what Windows continuum never managed to be and what DEX is trying but cannot compete with... because there are no desktop apps on Android... Apple will probably need to increase RAM on their devices before this can happen, my guess is 6GB at minimum or even 8GB to be compatible with this...

True that. As an ardent W10M fan, I was dismayed at how lackluster Continuum was. It could hve been a game changer, atleast for enterprise. Even current Apple SoCs are pretty capable of running a complete macOS as seen with their new ARM Dev kit so by the time this feature becomes mainstream (if real), we would have pretty powerful PCs in our hands.
