Hello,

I heard alot of negatve stories about one.de but everyone gets attracked @ the price.

Now i want to buy a laptop but wanna be sure if everythings in it when i have it in my hands >:(

So can i get my laptop there in a shop or do i have to order it cause i cant see on the site that it is a shop.

Then i install winxp in the car and when i see everything works i ride back if there misses memory or a w-lan card i bring it back.

Who knows if you can get it there?

Unfortunatley there is no One-Shop where you can Pick-Up your Notebook. You have to wait at home. Searching on Google says that there are many unhappy customers. So one/lahoo seems not to be a good alternative if you search for service. In many cases they simply forgot some components....

Hope i could help.

Oh a shame,

But thx anyway

I think i try it
If they miss something and i will return it how much will it cost for returning and getting it back?

archer

I wrote them an E-Mail. Let's see...
There are no Details on their Web-Page.
I'll let you know, what they tell me....but first there is a weekend....

I read somewhere, that someone picked up his computer personally.
(But I cann`t promise)

I got a one Laptop, too.
It`s fine. But when I bought it the CPU-cooler wasn`t installed correctly. Since I solved this problem  it works great...

lol... cpu cooler not mounted correctly  :o

to keep the price low one/lahoo has to cut somewhere... service is quite obvious... and maybe qualified personal...

i woulldn't try that shop out... yes, the price is tempting... very tempting, but the money you spend should be the reason not to try lahoo - actually we are speaking about some hundred euros... a lot of money!

So i got an E-Mail from One. I asked if they've got a shop.
They do have one! It's in "Friedeburg", but you CANNOT pick up your Notebook there. You can bring your Notebook there if it's not working, but they don't produce there. Normally they'll send DHL or something like this to you, so they pick up your notebook if it's broken.

At the moment you have to wait quite a while for your order, maybe because they have to install all the wlan modules they "forgot" to install.  >:D
