Die von ASRock im Oktober eingeführten X299-Mainboards erlauben durch ein neues BIOS-Update die Nutzung von acht 256 GB RDIMMs für bis zu 2 TB Arbeitsspeicher bei Verwendung einer Intel Skylake-X CPU. Unterstützung für Intel Cascade Lake-X CPUs der 10. Generation wird derzeit entwickelt.
