Incoming U.S.-China 'Phase One' trade deal could lift the Huawei bans

The imminent trade agreement between the U.S. and China should reset all trade tariffs and allow for reduced prices on many electronic gods including computer parts, smartphones, displays etc. The agreement will most likely benefit Huawei, which will see all the bans lifted.
