China Telecom has just teased the upcoming Samsung W20 5G, but the image they revealed comes with more questions than answers. For now, we don't know when this handset will arrive, if it will be a clamshell or foldable device, not to mention that there is no accurate launch date to talk about yet, either.

The poster notes an "all new form factor", this certainly suggests a curved screen instead of the usual numpad... but seems to go against the habits of the target audience.

There's still a strong market for flip-phones in the US. Samsung kinda "dropped the ball" for the Galaxy Folder series. A dual-screen device - having a separate screen on the exterior & one on the inside is the next progression. Did Samsung do that already? I don't know - wasn't much said about the the W2019. A version with a foldable interior screen is definitely a possibility.

Combining a classic keyboard and a touchscreen would be great especially for the older audience who often would like to have physical keys — fast dial ftw — and not bother with a touchscreen.

That's the way it was with the previous generations of this series, if it's new then it probably doesn't have the numpad, the only exception I could think of is that the numpad is shrunken down to take up only half the bottom portion's area, while the other half is a continuous screen with the top portion......or unless the numpad is exposed at the rear, to be used with a small secondary rear screen, while the inner surface is one narrow screen that could unfold to be completely flat...that would be quite the feat.
