I own the notebook and the cooling is in general very capable.
Obsidan Fan Control can be used to tweak down the noise level to become unherable as discussed in following post, while keeping full CPU and GPU Clock Rate:

Also I recommend to get a stand to raise the notebook from the ground. With this you get -10° less temperature on the notebook.
