Acer Aspire S7 or Asus Zenbook Prime UX31A

Hello everyone,
Which 13.3 "notebook would you recommend:

Acer Aspire S7 ($ 750) or Asus Zenbook Prime UX31A ($ 830)?

The Acer Aspire is $ 70 cheaper, has the better processor (low: i5 3337U vs i5 3317U, ie 1.8 Ghz vs 1.7 Ghz) and touchscreen, is easier but with less battery life, louder fan and marginally poorer screen. (What I can see from the tests)

My question: I'd rather lean towards the Acer because it's lighter and cheaper, but is the better screen and the disturbing volume worth it to get the Zenbook? (I do not need touchscreen, and the battery life is not so important.)
