Despite the hardware from the gaming entry-level segment, you don't have to worry about the performance. The Legion 5 brings all the current computer games smoothly to the matte screen (Full-HD, IPS). The highlight of the laptop is the outstanding battery life.

Im intressted in this laptop, but with an AMD Ryzen ofc and a stronger graphics card. My only worry is about that rubberized finish and how it will hold up after years of usage?!.

When looking at the review date, I can't stop wondering: since when does the year have 19 months?

Wow, that i5 is from ancient era. My 2012 Pro does 270 on CBR20, this one is slightly better. Intel has to revise their strategy, but this laptop shines with 4800H.

i was waiting for the 4800h version from May 2020,  but still iit's not  available..
At the end i bought 17IMH05H version with i7-10750H for 1099 euros from one German store
Very satisfied.

Everyone is going to be like, if only this had renoir APUs in it. And I get the point, it is cooler, quieter and more powerful. But at the same point, if we take a look, the reason that there is competition on the horizon, Intel has to take the plunge to drop its ridiculously high price tag from their "very old architecture but with a new generation name" CPU and yes, I like the fact they are making their names inscrutable to the point that the masses don't even want to say it aloud let alone remember it. Dang, I still remember core i7 1165G7...you got me intel, you got me. I digress, intel will either need to drop their prices and provide better features or manufacturers will just need to go to AMD. I think, it is better for us as consumers but I hope, intel please come back to the competition or else, there might rise a new "intel" in the CPU empire.
