OnePlus 7 Pro won't have official IP67 certification despite ad showing it dunked in water

OnePlus seems to have kicked an own goal in its latest marketing teaser for the OnePlus 7 Pro. The Chinese company has posted a short video clip on its Twitter feed showing its latest smartphone being dropped into a bucket, implying water resistance and an IP67 or IP68 rating. The problem is, it hasn't received any such certification, nor does OnePlus plan to seek certification.
