2 separate app developers, Kika Tech and Cheetah Mobile, have had 1 app each blocked from Google's Play Store following a Buzzfeed article detailing an 'investigation' of fraudulent activity on the part of both companies. The site, alongside the tech analyst firm Kochava, claims to have uncovered evidence of click injection and click flooding in the code of the 2 apps.
