At US$4.75 billion, Marketo's acquisition is Adobe's largest corporate acquisition to date. This company comes with more than 500 partners and a marketing community with more than 65,000 members. Marketo's team will become a part of Adobe's Digital Experience business and its CEO will join Adobe's senior leadership team.
