Are you sure the  Windows 8 Experience Index shown in the article is correct for this model? The graphics are surprisingly low to me. I'm considering buying this (mostly for video editing) but that has given me pause.

This windows experience index is bullshit...i am using this laptop over a month now and it's surprising that every game like Titanfall,Watchdogs etc have run on high settings smoothly...no worry at all ....for temp factor it has remained around 75 deg c while gaming ...i owned an alienware m15x and i know the way y50 has satisfied me over my previous machine....go ahed and buy it.....

The Windows 8 Experience Index here is messed up. I have a laptop with GT750M DDR5 and its 5.1(Graphics) and 6.8(Gaming Graphics) in the WEI. Plus, the GTX860M is a lot faster my GT750M....

build quality seems good, but those creaky hinges don't actually last long coming away from the lid in months ot regular use..
