My phone cannot switch on again, after removing the battery to change the sim, pleas held me.

i buy this phone 4 days ago and i notice the screen back light can't turn off automatically even i set it on 15seconds screen time out. what would i do???is any one can help me???please :(

this is worst phone and waste of money; better buy micromax or other smart phone. samsung authorized service center themselves saying all s7562 have problem of AUTO SHUTOFF. after visiting 3 times to service center: 1st time - we will replace battery, went inside and clean and bringu back with same battery. next time kept it for repair, 3rd time said it is fixed and then saw their sheet that only sw is reinstalled. what is use of phone if most of the time it auto shuts off and everytime u need to make call, first start the phone by removing battery.

I bought Samsung GT-S7562 and I can not say  I am totally satsified with the quality. The problem is that it is slow and when you use two SIM cards, the phone gets very slow and the quality of calling decreases dramatically so i decided to choose one sim card at a time. Another serious problem is inability to transfer apps from the phone card to external card ( I mean SD ram) which makes the space very small. However, the only advantage is price.

No this is not best but a worst phone. It shuts down frequently. Soon after I purchased it stoped charging, after removal of jack problem its play store has stoped working and despite good WIFI connection play store says no connection, what a non sense.

worst phone.. i bought it 2 months ago. battery drains every 6 to 7 hours... has to be on charge all through the day.. internet speed ls slow even with 3g connection. camera is ok... dont buy and waste ur money

Terrible phone, don't waste your money.  Slow, lacks memory, sometimes you cannot even answer a phone call due to the slow CPU.  Useless expensive hardware.

Someone knows the differences between the S7562 and S7562L versions? Speccially in the touch screen (digitilizer), I have to repair my phone and I see a part for 7562 and other for 7562L. Thank you

Having read these comments, I get the impression that there is a concerted effort by a group of people to discredit this phone. The review itself seems quite fair, and is actually more thorough and detailed than I would have expected. I am thinking of buying a used example of this phone, mainly for the dual Sim feature, and I believe that at the price I am quoted (€45) it will be perfectly adequate. It would appear that previous commenters  were hoping to get a Rolls Royce for Mini money.
