Samsung hat die Entwicklung seines Halbleiter-Fertigungsprozesses in 8 Nanometern abgeschlossen. Der 8-nm-LPP-Prozess wurde qualifiziert, die Produktion im 8LPP-Prozess kann früher als erwartet beginnen.
