Samsung zündet den Speicherturbo für das Smartphone und Co. Als erster Hersteller gab Samsung den Beginn der Serienproduktion für das industrieweit erste UFS-Memory auf Basis des Universal Flash Storage (UFS) Standards 2.0 bekannt.
