IDC erwartet für das Jahr 2014 ein weltweites Liefervolumen von 1,252 Milliarden Smartphones. Das entspricht einem Anstieg um 23,8 Prozent im Vergleich zu den rund 1 Mrd. Smartphones, die im vergangenen Jahr 2013 global abgesetzt wurden.
