Wie Toshiba heute mitteilte, sind ab sofort die neuen 19-nm-NAND-SSDs der Serie THNSNH (HG5d) als Modellvarianten mit 7 und 9,5 Millimetern Bauhöhe sowie Kapazitäten von 60 bis 512 GByte erhältlich. Die Preise reichen von rund 65 bis 375 Euro.
