What is the point in reviewing this chromebook with 2Gb of ram and awful screen which costs 230 euro?

I would like to see Toshiba Chromebook review with 4Gb of ram, gorgeous (according to other reviewers) full hd ips screen for 300-330 $.- more value in this.
