Samsung hat heute seinen neuen Applikationsprozessor Exynos 4 Quad mit 4 Rechenkernen in 32 nm High-k+Metal-Gate-Fertigung (HKMG) angekündigt. Der neue  ARM Cortex-A9 basierte Exynos 4 Quad-Core-SoC feiert nächste Woche im neuen Smartphone Galaxy Samsung S3 seinen Marktstart.
