Globalfoundries hat mit seinem High-Performance-Prozess in 28 Nanometern einen 2,5 GHz schnellen Cortex A9 gefertigt. Bereits im nächsten Jahr sollen erste Produkte auf den Markt kommen, bis 2013 dann die 20-Nanometer-Fertigung folgt.
