Nitecore is expanding its lineup of carbon fiber power banks with a particularly lightweight model. The so-called NB Air weighs less than 3.5oz and easily fits into pockets. Additionally, the company has unveiled a new USB cable.

The issue w/ the nitecore batteries is that they're never the capacity claimed and they all have minimal power output, it was tested in benchmark tests

I cannot reccomend anyone gets nitecore products.

I got a NB10000 gen3 and was sorely disappointed.

First it was advertised as including a small flashlight which didn't arrive
Then the capacity is nowhere near 10000 mag, probably 7000 at most. I can barely get 1.5charges of my Sony 1 vi.
Finally when it is charging it gets scary hot.

Buyer beware

The NB10000 GEN3 has a capacity of 10,000 mAh at 3.85V, which gives a total power of 38.5Wh. But here's the thing: when it comes to charging the Sony Xperia 1 VI, the power bank has to output at least 5V/2A. Because of this voltage conversion, the effective output capacity drops to around 5,400. Given that the Sony Xperia 1 VI has a battery capacity of about 5000 mAh, it's pretty much in line, and it's a normal result considering the technical details.

Thank you for sharing the detailed information! I'm really looking forward to this power bank. It looks pretty small!!

Nice! Just the right size for a small chest pack. I'll definitely pick one up.
