Well, yes it's safe for the people inside, but it's the MOST DANGEROUS car for pedestrians and cyclists. If these tank drivers start road rage, police will have a hard time trying to perform PIT maneuver, and innocent people will SUFFER. American tank-cars, please just STAY IN AMERICA.

This is true for any large truck in the US. At least Teslas have cameras and the safety systems can and will use them to avoid a crash. Yes, even hitting pedestrians.
